I’m Ai Salt, an experience designer currently completing a PhD in Gamification. My goal is to help businesses create engaging, accessible user experiences using technology as a tool for storytelling.

Working across industries and cultures has made me adaptable to change and able to handle ambiguity with confidence and positivity. It has also instilled clear communication, an open mind, and the importance of building strong relationships with the people I work with.

I hold qualifications in Electronic & Electrical Engineering and UX & UI Design from the University of Birmingham, and have led various EDI groups, building communities and creating opportunities for education.

Originally from Malaysia, I have worked in London, Orlando and Osaka, and am now based in Birmingham.
